There seems to be a lot of misinformation in this thread.

The correct answer is here: https://support.pubg.com/hc/en-us/articles/5048335129497-Recovering-a-hacked-account

You're welcome!

This is because you are on the Canary build.

This build is bleeding edge and often contains kernal changes that are incompatible with anti-cheats. So can break anti-cheat systems at any moment.

Not saying that is the cause. But usually, it is. But this is a windows thing. Not a PUBG thing.

Best off going to the beta build at the very least if you plan running Win11 on your daily driver.

If you are in Australia, this was related to the Aussie Broadband issues unfortuantely. If not - please get in touch with Support.

Can you then please explain what does "disruptive to other players" means in terms of banning someone? Tnx.

I've sent you a chat message with more information. I'd advise reviewing this :-)

RE "90% people here knows Partners can't ban directly" Unfortunately, this isn't the case. I see this almost daily that players accuse streamers of banning players for all sorts of silly reasons.

I'm glad to see you agree this is not the case, but unfortunately most people only read the title and make their opinion

Just to confirm: No, PUBG Partners can not do this.

You stated in your post “disruptive behaviour to other players”. I’m not sure this is the accurate wording you have shared. However, this is not a message related to a ban for stream sniping.

I’m sorry to hear your friend feels they were wrongly banned. But please direct them to contact PUBG Support if they feel it was an incorrect ban.

I hope this helps 😊

EDIT: I've sent you a chat message with more information!

Go to pubg.com.

Then on the main page, you see the recent patch notes on the right hand side.

There was an issue recently with this, but this should now be resolved.

Try the following!

1) Go to your game installation folder and delete the folder "Vivox". The path should be: [your drive where you installed the game] Steam\steamapps\common\PUBG\TslGame\Binaries\ThirdParty\Vivox

2) Once deleted, head to Steam -> Settings -> Downloads -> Clear Download Cache

3) Verify game files by right clicking the game in Steam library-> Properties -> Local files -> Verify integrity of game files.

Then see if this resolves the issue! :-)

Build 25140.1000 is the last version that works with certain anti-cheats right now. This is the build I'm on.

Any future build after this will cause problems :(

Hey!

This isn't an issue with PUBG, but with Windows 11 Insider Build.

The current dev build has issues with anti-cheats. Specifically EasyAntiCheat, but can have an affect on others.

This is a known issue in the patch notes for the dev builds recently and PUBG is one of the affected games.

I'd imagine this will be fixed by Microsoft later down the line. This is not the first time a dev insider build has had issues with anti-cheats, either :)

Always read the patch notes before updating! Anything can break very quickly in dev builds! I'm on a few builds back due to this same issue myself :)

It’s not. It’s windows update. I had the same issue trigger without a pubg update.

You are on Windows 11 Dev Insider.

The latest dev build has issues with EasyAntiCheat and others, so you need to rollback to last weeks update to resolve this issue.

(NOTE: This is a Windows issue, not a PUBG issue)

Most PC DAC/AMP are just an external sound card, equipped with a better digital-to-analog signal converter, than what is in your PC.
All the sounds you hear are generated digitally, then something has to convert it to analog. The better the converter, the better sound you get. Your headphones have a DAC/AMP (the dongle with loudness wheel) but it's not a very good DAC (I know, I've had Could II). And you can't really connect them directly to analog output because they're designed only to work properly with that USB dongle.

You can't really get a better sound out of these because of the way they're designed.
Cloud II is a decent gaming headset and getting a major sound quality improvement would cost you quite a lot of money.

Highly disagree here. The Scarlet2i2 is designed as a professional audio I/O interface. It has both high quality inputs, plus outputs. It's DAC is of high quality and is perfect for music production and powering audio monitors, where high quality audio and true-to-life reproduction is required. And is grounded very well.

This includes the headphone port, which runs off the same DAC and is used for headphone monitoring.

If u/Hashtwister has a Scarlet available to use, I would highly recommend just using that over anything else.

However, for OP, I would say: If you are using HyperX headphones, you likely won't really notice a difference. Gaming headset...
