I've moved your post from the German to the English Forums.

Your Steam Account is connected to an Origin Account, so if you have an Origin Key for Apex Coins you have to log into your connected EA Account on Origin and activate the code there. Start the game once via Origin to activate the Coins and after that you can close that and go back to Steam and continue to launch the game via Steam.
