Hi there, we've had a look at your report both starting afresh and with the save provided and can't seem to reproduce the issue. Are you able to from your savegame?

Yo, we've tagged this as "As Designed" for now. There's such a narrow window for this to happen that it's almost impossible for it to break peoples games.

This is going on our "things to keep an eye on" list however, so if it pops up repeatedly, we'll take a deeper dive :)

Done a half-baked job of fixing your messes.
The AI struggling with research is a highlighted issue we're still working on. So we're shoring up it's ability to maintain its basic economy so it's got a firmer base to work with when it comes to research.

Work continues, we just didn't find a robust solution to boost its research in time for this patch.

That seems to go against your stated design goals.
I get that, but to change it would not be fixing a bug, it would be changing how building capacity and the like are calculated, which is a different kettle of fish all together.

This is working as designed. Detective_Drone checked with Eldarin, and while it would be better if it did not work as it did right now, and we have listed an improvement to see about changing it in the future. It's not a bug and is prioritised as such.

Also, While part of our outsourced contingent. Our QLOCs here are part of our embedded testing team and have been for a couple of years in some cases. They work with us daily playtesting, providing feedback etc. Helping out on the forums is something new for them actually. So lets be chill.

Unfortunately no, and we apologise to those who had achievement runs ruined like this :C We got the fix out as fast as we reasonably could.

Looking into your error log we can see some mod files erroring.
[13:18:26][dlc.cpp:344]: Invalid supported_version in file: mod/ugc_2105916101.mod line: 9
[13:18:26][dlc.cpp:344]: Invalid supported_version in file: mod/ugc_2292643447.mod line: 12
Sometimes mod files can get orphaned between version changes. When you reinstalled did you clear out both your documents-paradox interactive- stellaris folder as well as your steam installation folder? as in, uninstall, then check in these location that no files remain.

Hello and thankyou for the report. While I appreciate the frustration with the issues you are experiencing, the bug report section of this forum functions best when posts are kept to just information relevant to the report. Please keep this in mind for the future.

For the Mods loading slowly issue, we are aware of the issue and are working towards a solution. We are also aware of the stuttering issue while paused and playing music.

Hello there, thanks for your report. Please ensure that you have no mods installed (if you do, disable them and try running the game) if the issues persists. Please try a fresh install including removing all existing files from the install directory.

Please let me know the results of these steps :)
