Here are the images of the cosmetics now available in the Commissary!
The Commissary now has all Operative Cosmetics available for purchase with Ordos Dockets, new items have been made available, and existing items previously sold at the Armoury Exchange have now been moved to the Commissary.
You can purchase the full set directly or buy individual items. Each set consists of an Upper and Lower Body item and, in some cases, a headgear piece.
Rarity levels have also been added to all cosmetics purchased via the Commissary, or unlocked through completion of a Penance. Items from other sources that do not yet have a rarity level will be revealed in a future update.
This is the FAQ for the Darktide Community Event starting on 29th May.

Enemy Kills:
Kills are simply all enemy kills made by players, multiplied by the difficulty played. Meaning that 1000 kills on the second difficulty will increase the counter by 1000 * 2 = 2000.
Monstrosities:
Monstrosity kills are kills of the Monstrosities (Beast of Nurgle, Deamonhost, Plague Ogryn, and Chaos Spawn) multiplied by the difficulty played. Meaning that 10 kills on the third difficulty (Malice) will increase the counter by 10 * 3 = 30.
Missions:
Player mission wins is a difficulty weighted value for individual player wins, not unique missions won. For example if a team of three players complete one mission on the fourth difficulty (Heresy) then the counter is increased by 3 * 4 = 12. Similarly, if a team of four players complete a mission on the fifth difficulty (Damnat...
We could give a date that we are aiming to drop the patch, but if any issues arise e.g with Microsoft cert for gamepass, or a last minute bug is found and we need to retest and go through cert again and we have to delay, there will be more upset than if we give a short time frame in which you can expect it - as we are almost positive that we will be able to drop it in that time.
I know it’s frustrating to not have a set date, but this way we can make sure we hit the expectations that we set.
I mean, that is hard to define right now - especially as lots has changed since launch. Either through technical restraints or a change in direction.
To me personally it would be once we have tackled some of the prominent outstanding features, e.g Progression, Xbox, Crossplay, Classes, Content etc. That doesn’t mean that we won’t be able to communicate more transparently before all of those issues are addressed though.
I understand this reply doesn’t provide the answers you are seeking right now. I will make sure it’s a priority to have more dev blogs going forward, to give you all more insight as to what is going on behind the scenes as they will be able to give you far more detailed explanations than I can.
I get that, but unfortunately I didn’t get any forward notice really. I would have preferred to set expectations earlier if I was able!
To clarify - we are working on Xbox, but this announcement will not be related to that.
I understand the lack of transparency in communications is a sore point right now. While turning things around, we are prioritising managing the communities expectations, so are not necessarily in a position to share answers to all the questions we receive right now. If I have information I can communicate on any of the top communities issues I will be sure to do so!
Hopefully once we are back on track, we will be able to communicate a bit more clearly, and it’s definitely a style of communication I would like to work towards.
The patch itself has not been delayed, you can find more info in the comm-link as to when you can expect it.
Here!
The Skulls Showcase starts at 5pm BST
You can expect the Comm-link after our part of the Showcase!
I have acknowledged this issue previously, unfortunately right now I don’t have any further news to share - but I do continue to pass on your feedback!
Hi all, I know you are expecting a comm-link later. Unfortunately due to a mixture of tech issues and complications from the red day I am unable to post that today. I will instead be posting it on May 25th as part of Warhammer Skulls. Sorry for the delay!
This is a bug - we are currently looking into it!
Please can you raise this as a separate issue in the bugs section of the forums if you haven’t already?
I’ll be sure to bring this up again!
1 - You will get 1 credit per 2 (or more) enemies you kill in a single volley fire. Killing more doesn’t get you extra progress.
2- Doesn’t have to be in a row.
3 - Yes exactly, get a chain of 4 successful throws to get 1. Repeat 5 times to complete.
We added the requirement for some penances to be done in a private game as we consider them to be more of “trick challenges, " often requiring the entire team’s collaboration and a break from normal gameplay. This can be a lot of fun but should not be mandatory or forced upon unsuspecting teammates.
We are working on it! Once we have more information to share we will.
Yes they will be!
This is Catfish, Darktide Community Manager, here with another comm-link update! We established these comm-links to give information about upcoming patches.
In the first week of May we will release Patch #9 - Garbs and Penances which will feature tiered sets of cosmetics for each class that you’ll earn by completing new penances. These earnable cosmetics will work similarly to existing penance cosmetics, with several tiers for each class.
The old class penances will be moved to a tab at the bottom of the penance menu under ‘Redacted’. Here yo...
