Tenemos constancia de un problema que impide que algunos jugadores no reciban sus recompensas de las clasificaciones. Actualmente este problema afecta a algunos personajes específicamente y parece que no a la cuenta entera. Mientras investigamos una solución para este error, Atención al cliente no podrá otorgar las recompensas perdidas. En lugar de ello, nuestro equipo está desarrollando un proceso para repartir las recompensas a los jugadores afectados, mientras que el arreglo resolverá el error a partir de que lo lancemos.

We’re aware of an issue that caused some players to not receive their rewards from Leaderboards. Currently this issue is affecting specific characters and does not appear to be account wide. While we are investigating a fix for this issue, Customer Service will be unable to award missing rewards. Instead, our team is working on a process to award these missing rewards to affected players while the fix will resolve the issue going forward once it’s applied in game.

Hi all! This is something we’re looking into but don’t have any updates to share at this time. Thank you for sharing both your frustrations and how you’ve been attempting to work around it as it’s given our team valuable insight.

Going to close this thread for now as more bumping won’t expedite an update for this.

Update from the team regarding this issue:

We’re going to update the tool tip in a future update to clearly reflect what’s being adjusted. While PvP flagged Luck is affected as follows:

• Increases your Global Luck when opening large/elite chests by 1000 points
• Increases your Gathering Luck by 3000 points

Estamos al tanto de un problema con la recolección de nodos de recursos. Por ello vamos a reiniciar cada región individualmente para mitigar este problema mientras investigamos este problema. Nuestro objetivo es continuar con estos reinicios semanalmente siempre que no haya otras desconexiones programadas hasta que haya un arreglo permanente.La desconexión durará unos 45 minutos.

UPDATE: The Mutations Leaderboards may still appear broken until regional restarts are performed.

We are aware of a resource node gathering issue and will be restarting each region individually to mitigate this issue while we investigate a long term fix. Our goal is to continue these restarts weekly if there are no other prescheduled downtimes until there is a permanent fix.

Downtime will be approximately 45 minutes long. Please find the restart times for each region below:

No es necesario realizar una desconexión, en su lugar habrá disponible una actualización de cliente tras reiniciar sesión una vez que el parche esté disponible, aproximadamente a las 2023-02-09T21:00:00Z.

• Arreglada la clasificación que impedía que se cargasen los nombres e iconos de los jugadores.

Our team believes that we have a fix for the Mutated Expedition Leaderboards loading issue mentioned previously. No downtime is required, instead there will be a client update available after relogging once the patch is available at approximately 2023-02-09T21:00:00Z.

Checked in with the team to get clarity around your question. The answer is that it is only the Leaderboard UI that is disabled and records are still being tracked. When the UI is restored all tracked records that occurred during that time will be visible.

Yep it goofed, oh well. Open to comments this time!

It doesn’t look like there were any specific notes for this update since it was meant to bring the PTR in line with Update 1.8.2 but I’ll check with the team again on that one.

UPDATE - In order to ensure players don’t encounter issues with player data, we are temporarily disabling the Mutated Expedition Leaderboard until we can fix the root cause of the issue. Will update with an ETA on that fix as soon as we have it.

Note: you will still be able to visit the Mutated Expedition board, but it won’t populate with data, and you will see some incorrect text in the UI while in that screen. We apologize for any potential confusion while we are in this temporary state.

Las clasificaciones ya están disponibles y, ahora que hemos finalizado las pruebas internas y se ha lanzado la funcionalidad a gran escala, estamos detectando un problema del que os queríamos avisar.

Al visitar la clasificación de expediciones mutadas el sistema no accede a los datos del jugador, lo que hace que se muestre el símbolo de “cargando” en el nombre del jugador de forma indefinida. Una vez en este estado, esto afecta a todas las otras clasificaciones durante el resto de la sesión hasta que se vuelve a iniciar sesión.

Como una solución temporal, si no entráis en la tabla de clasificación de expediciones mutadas, podréis acceder al resto de clasificaciones sin problema. Estamos trabajando en una solución y la lanzaremos lo antes posible.

Leaderboards are live, and now that we’re out of internal testing and are at full scale, we are seeing a new issue we wanted to make everyone aware of.

Visiting the Mutated Expedition Leaderboards is causing the system to fail to fetch player data, resulting in infinite spinners in the player name field. Once in this state, it affects all other Leaderboards for the rest of the session until re-log.

As a temporary workaround, if you stay out of the Mutated Expedition board, you will be able to browse the rest of the Leaderboards without issue. We are working on a fix right now and will get it deployed as soon as possible.
