Thanks for the report! Unfortunately the truly “Golden” Abathur skin was not intended for release at this time and was unintentionally available for purchase on live regions during last week’s PTR. The “Red & Golden” Abathur skin was the intended release skin. Any players who bought the “Golden” Abathur skin on live during 6/10/19 - 6/17/19 will have had their skin updated to the “Red & Golden” Abathur skin after patching up to Heroes.46.

For this specific skin, “Galactic Xenotech Abathur”, we are offering refunds for the skin if you purchased it during the above dates. Please submit a ticket with Support in the following location if you would like to request a refund:

Hey Dodellinger,

Thanks for the report! What time did you attempt to craft the skin? US and EU regions patched yesterday and it sounds like it may have occurred right as you were crafting the skin. Because the Anub’arak skin is a Seasonal item it would not be craftable after the patch. Please check to see if your shards were refunded later as well, as sometimes failed purchases can take a while to refund. Additionally, does the item appear in your Transaction History in your Account Management?

Hey GoldmonX,

Thanks for the report! You should actually be able to see Butcher’s Meat in a replay if you have that player’s view selected (pressing #'s 1-0 changes player view).

If possible could you send in the replay of the match where this occurred to our Bug Attachments Inbox?

Hey Tcheuck,

Thanks for the report! Are you sure that Anduin is receiving more than 8% of his maximum HP as damage in one hit? I was able to get this talent to proc from both Mercenary and Turret/Fort damage.

Hey Nefarius,

Thanks for the report! I don’t know exactly what could have caused the initial issue, but It sounds like something got messed up with your Hotkeys during the issue/restart. Does resetting your Hotkey profile, or creating a new profile solve the issue for you? Hotkey profiles are saved per account and may not be saved in the same place as the game install, so it would explain why your other account is working.

Thanks for the report! It sounds like you are experiencing some sort of disconnect when the core is destroyed that is preventing you from getting to the end of match screen. If it’s a graphics hitch, lowering/changing graphics settings may prevent the freeze from occurring.
