On a personal note there are also some other cool things going on. I've dropped 20 kg over the last ~6 months and I'm looking forward to hit the gym again once we're back in Helsinki. The goal clearly is to beat @BrawlStars_MMA in arm wrestling next time we meet. 😉
In summer 2023 I'll definitely spend time with the family in Sardegna 🇮🇹 but I'd also love to add a new country to my list. 😉
I'm also excited to add a few more important roles to the team in Helsinki. We're essentially hiring Client and Server Enfineers, a VFX artist, Community Manager and Marketing roles. 🔥

2023 will also finally be a year where I'll be able to attend @Official_GDC in San Francisco again, the first time for me since 2019 - looking forward to catch up with friends and colleagues in March and attend some inspiring sessions throughout GDC week.
The implementation work on the February update (48.x) started in December - most people are back to work either this or next week. You've seen the teaser I assume.
The following updates (49.x/50.x) are also in pre-production.
2 more days of sun before we're flying back to winter wonderland. ☀️

@matttwood It's much harder to do that when you're working for yourself of course - but even then it'll likely have a positive net impact on your game in the long run!
@matttwood In Finland it's not uncommon to take off 4-weeks in July when you work in tech/games. Was super weird to even think about it until I did it myself the first time after a particularly hard spring.
The mental clarity and improved EVERYTHING after the break at work is perfect.

Today is my 8-year Anniversary at @supercell. What a wild ride it has been so far with an unbelievable amount of learnings, personal growth and a great fondness for Finland and its people. 🥰
