no, we dont get replays. We get player reported logs if the player provides feedback and reports the bug. Epic ID is just used to look up the report.

No. When the game freezes, i always have to close the game completely and open the game again. I did manage to report this issue via party hub. When I get the chance again, I'll record this issue, because the only thing I did is screenshot this loading screen when it froze. As for modes, i played mostly regular core modes (Solo, duos and squads)

Are you on WiFi or using data? Have you tried to uninstall/reinstall and if so are you still getting stuck at the same point?
