Hello everyone.

We're here with an update on the situation regarding our São Paulo (South America) server.

As stated in the recent dev stream, we will be revoking our decision to close the server after having received your collective feedback. It was never our intention to surprise you guys with this sudden announcement, and we should have taken your feedback more into consideration before making such a big decision.

We will continue to rely on the amazing SA community for feedback and suggestions to create a bright future for SA as we move on.

It saddens me to come to you with this news, but after monitoring the data over the past few months regarding the São Paulo server (South America), we've come to the decision to close the server for now.

The server will be active during the rest of this season until before the Season 7 maintenance, on August 17th (BRT).

Main Reasons

• Number of Players and Long queues
  • We are aware that the number of players on the server has decreased considerably, despite the community’s effort, which has caused this to worsen the matchmaking time.

There were some special missions meant to be applied in Cobalt Protocol, however it was not specified on the website. We have added the appropriate title and it'll now be clearly displayed.

To avoid any confusions, here are the missions we're talking about:

Special missions

• (Normal/Ranked) & (Cobalt) Kill 30 Bears

[Fixes]
We'd like to adjust Karla's skill damage for it to go on a better direction, but unfortunately we cannot fix the skill code through a quick hotfix. Instead we'll be implementing those adjustments on August 3rd's update, so look out for that then.

However, there are still a few stats that need quick action and that can be implemented through a hotfix. Those are the following:
