Hey We’re actually almost there. Due to COVID 19 and logistics it’s been taking longer than expected. The steins/mugs were recently made available, which was the final thing to cross off on the list, so after Update 33 is out, we’ll put some focus on getting the things shipped to our office and then to the winners. Why are we doing it like that? Well, since FFBF is an external partner, we can’t really guarantee that whatever we ship out would be hit with a customs charge, so that makes it a bit more hairy in the handling. I love loot bugs but I'm kinda weirded out by how long the plushie's legs are

On Hoxxes IV it’s nice and warm, also on glacial strata (don’t ask why - it just is). At your house you’re skimping on the heat, so they use their legs to raise themselves a little, preserving what little heat they have.

So I'm guessing since their giving us this. That the maps will be huge? I mean I'm still gonna ride the he'll out of them even if the game generates a small map. But i wonder of they'll be hard to reach areas that these guys will make more accessible.

Our game directors just confirmed that Azure Weald is a bit bigger than the average caves.

I don't see that thing on the leaks or in the steam announcement

It's definitely been in some of the leaks.

Also, have you ever thought about implementing an in-game bug reporting and feedback feature (for the experimental branch) like the developers of Subnautica do for their games?

It’s immensely helpful. While we do a lot of hotfixing post release, experimental helps us find the worst bugs and iron those out before we go live. Nothing compares to the actual push we get at release, though. Procedural generation has a lot of blind spots, which is why we need to do hotfixes. Experimental only catches the worst and most obvious ones, but it’s definitely a great tool for us.

I can’t imagine it’s not, knowing our crew.

Right now it's nickname is Compy (short for Compsagnathus; our usernames in games are plays on Jurassic Park).

But if they are twins I'm game to name them Arse-wipe and Lactator. Pretty much what we'll be doing the whole first year.

As a dad of a 13 month old fartgoblin, I can relate.
