I think it’s known but they are super slow and there’s no warning that you’ll waste your time either so they could be doing a bit more at least let people know it’s bugged.

We posted about this issue last week in the Xbox Gamehub and Twitter, so it's definitely an issue we're aware of and have told people about. Like Soren writes above, the delay is due to some unfortunate circumstances but we definitely want this fixed ASAP.

We did, but the Xbox hotfix is still in the pipeline.
