We accidentally streamed some of the teasers before the stream started, so I restarted the stream and deleted the few minutes of spoilers. Little did I know that I actually deleted the new stream VOD, so no VOD this week, sorry. :(

The spam filter is quite aggressive - it's supposed to learn over time, but if that's the case, it's a slow learner.
We go through the mod queue a few times a day, so have patience. I've approved your other post.
They are placed when the cave is generated. I've occasionally found one in a small space in the ceiling, or inside the ice on Glacial Strata.
