Hello, may you offer the log of the latest runs to us ([email protected]) so that we can look into this issue?

For log:
Make your way to game installation folder/logfile. Here you can find all logs with the timestamps, you then can remember when the issue happened and send all possible logs to us.

Hello and apologize for the delay answer.
I had forwarded your issue to our boss designer and after the investigation, they can confirm that the DMG will be dealt normally, but the DMG number from abilities(chain lightning or ascensions) may be too invisible (mostly shows at the tail of the serpent), we will fix this issue and make it more visible.

Hi, we have introduced main storyline from the moment you enter the game as a newcomer! (You can create another save file to watch a new cutscene). With that being said, "campaign" is a translation error and it should mean "main story". We apologize for this misunderstanding.

V1.0 indicates the end of Early Access and a new beginning. Ahh.. I believe the game can matchmake you with others in the party/lobby in-game. Do you mean you cannot find others in-game via matchmaking?

Hello, and thank you for your interest in our game!
As of now, the game uses P2P connection, so there's no such thing as server down or closing as long as there're players out there still playing our game. With that being said, you can expect something to be revealed when our 1.0 version is officially launched worldwide on Nov.18th.

To further enhance the matchmaking experience and deliver more optimized co-op gameplay, in this update we have made some improvements to the online matchmaking mechanism. The optimization is still in the Beta phase and the actual connection quality may vary. It's recommended to report any network issue you may encounter in-game when you are in co-op. It would be for all the dates in the logfile, so 2021-10-17, 2021-10-15, 2021-10-14, 20201-10-13, 2021-10-12, and 2021-10-11. You can probably just look at the 2021-10-17 as it was the most recent incident
