I mean you can say that. But considering this version of Vermont was not built, I'd say that could have been a one of the reasons to have not selected this design.

Also, ships are built all the time and then equipment added. Case in point new examples LHD 1-4 were originally built without CIWS in mind the mount actually blocks the view from the bridge centerline as well. So when we used to go to Sea and Anchor we had to lay the CIWS mount back, which actually damaged the equipment over time and I wrote an instruction and report that changed the Navy's policy on these ships to literally tell the OOD to move to where THEY could see.

Also I don't claim to know how policy was on board individual warships in the 40s and 50s as there wasn't too much standardized back then Navy-wide as was done in more modern times.

At the end of the day, again, we used ships and engineer drawings to map our designs and lay outs... so again, it's not our Dev...

Probably because that AA structure was an afterthought and for the most part navigation would have been done from the armored conning station, not the actual bridge....

We didn't design the ship man, we used the ship drawings...

Actually ALL of us on NA cluster were up early this morning and playing... This is the first time I have heard anyone having a problem loading.

If some of you are going to do like, case studies... you might want to figure out some numbers beyond just the battles you play like:

How many battles have been played during say a month?


How many players have played battles during say a month?


How many battles total do those players have?


Do those players have fully upgraded ships?


What are the ages of those players?


What time of day are you playing (as in off peak hours? On peak hours?)


What tier are you playing?


Are any of those players using mods?


Do any of those players care about winning?


Are any of those players veterans or just people that just want to play a game and don't care about the team?


Do you know how many battles are played in 1 day?

These are just a few variables that can ske...

One of the main features of Update 0.9.8 will be a new temporary battle type with an uneven distribution of ships per team - Asymmetric Battle. The teams in Asymmetric Battle will differ in the number of ships and their tiers, but we have made sure that the strength of both teams is as equal as possible.

Folks,

When it comes to MM and the stuff I can't share, I am talking about proprietary things. There is not some super secret squirrel dark room hand rolling maniacal laugh mechanic involved here...

We literally share how MM works in the open, there are videos on our YT channel that even breaks it down.

Some of you need to stop thinking that we have some evil plan to make your games so horrible time in and time out...

The server average W/R is 46-48% or something along those lines. WHY? Because sometimes people just wanna go play shooty botes and see things go boom and they don't really care about win or lose. (Literally tens of thousands more)

If you'd really like think that it's stacked, I'm sorry but at the end of the day there are FAR FAR FAR more players with W/Rs from 30%-47% than there are from 50%-70% and so you will see FAR MORE of them in battle, furthermore those of us with higher W/Rs divisio...
