Just because you get a standard response it does NOT mean we are not taking action. It is our policy to not discuss our moderation and how we are handling things.

That being said, we look at a players history, if they have excessive violations we DO take care of them.

In the future when this stuff happens, PLEASE ignore them and just submit a ticket with the replay attached.

After some TK damage (especially when pink) the damage that would be dealt to you would be dealt on the offender to the point they would TK themselves, if they keep that up they will be relegated to COOP only and if they do it further they will go orange and be stuck in coop for some time.

But yeah, please do not return fire.

Comparing our anime collaborations to the Puerto Rico event is a VERY far reach... this is not the case. And the changes to the even were and are completely different than anything that might occur with collaboration content.

As for the the bundling, again, I DID address what you were saying:

Every collaboration we provide material and the company we collab with sets rules and guidelines we HAVE TO follow.

So firstly, NO ONE is "making you buy" anything, we do these collaborations on a regular basis, we CANNOT cater them to be based around what is convenient for specific people. We plan these events, we release them, people buy or they do not.

You have the ability to get several of these commanders for FREE even through mission drops, through the Prime Drops etc. And TBH, every collab for the most part gets re-released at some point.

I am sorry that you are unable or do not wish to buy this content this time, but as I stated we cannot cater these things to specific people. As for the commander bundles, some are with specific ships due requirements or suggestions from the company we collaborate with. I will send the feedback about being able to buy individual commanders, but this often times occurs in the armory at a later day, though I do not know if this will occur for this set.

At the end of the day, @osmileyaj play the game how you wish to play it, shut chat off if you have to, report violations of the EULA/TOS if necessary, don't let the toxicity of some ruin the GAME for you.

We have been and still do donate to the USS Texas through our community and directly ourselves. We are keeping an eye her and how things are currently going though.

You literally have two separate time frames to enter the codes from two streams.

These codes are meant to reward people that jump into our community time with the community. As are the Twitch drops and Prime Drops.

Though I understand the times may not always work for everyone, for free stuff, if there is a will, there is a way.
