I feel like some of you are spending FAR too much time worrying about stats and not enough worrying about just playing the GAME.

If you are trying to analyze constantly the possible chances of a win based off the statistical norms of a team that is only 24 players deep on a server that has something like 100,000 players or more with from 9000-20000 players playing at the time you dropped with the average server W/R at 47%... you're no longer playing a game..

This weekend I had several battles where someone I was in Div with had MMM and they immediately said we were going to lose due to the stats of the enemy team, and we won. And the only reason that divmate didn't yolo or play differently was because I was calling them out on it. This often times is seen too, you think automatically you're going to lose, so you play differently and actually HELP the loss come easier....

Well remember, we do FAR MORE than just floating around on the forums (I know, hard to believe). I was here during the entire time frame of the Puerto Rico event as was Kalvothe. At times people forget that the NA office moved and several of our team didn't wish to move and THAT is why they moved on, or that sometimes feel their run at a company has come to a close, this too is normal.

People think that the attrition is high, but TBH looking at who has left over the years and how long they were with the NA team, in the gaming industry, these time frames were normal. It IS VERY normal for people to shuffle from company to company or team to team around the 1 year mark, because, well opportunities pop up. WG breaks the mold with that quite often, with employees staying for YEARS but moving around positions in the company. I for one love this position and love this company!

As I've said in the past, I applied for this position not because I needed a job/...

I really love that we have some of our community who have served in armed forces in other nations posting! It is important to me that we recognize that NA is MORE than just the US!

The Allied invasion fleet embarking the expeditionary forces left Pearl Harbor on 5 June 1944, the day before Operation Overlord in Europe was launched. The U.S. 2nd Marine Division, 4th Marine Division, and the Army's 27th Infantry Division, commanded by Lieutenant General Holland Smith, defeated the 43rd Infantry Division of the Imperial Japanese Army, commanded by Lieutenant General Yosh*tsugu Saito. The loss of Saipan, with the deaths of at least 29,000 troops and heavy civilian casualties, precipitated the resignation of Prime Minister of Japan Hideki Tōjō and left the Japanese archipelago within the range of United States Army Air Forces B-29 bombers.

The cruiser firing is the USS Indianapolis during the battle of Saipan.

Yes on occasion we remember screen names, and it is not typically for good reasons, but TBH, those are few and far between!
