To complete the dockyard missions yes, you can complete any 6, however that specific mission gives you one of the "build level tokens" so you would miss out on one build token if you skipped it.
That being said, even if you play 5-6 battles a day for the next 11 days, this is doable if you are able to play 10 it is 100% doable.
I casually play 5-7 battles a day and I am 3/4 of the way through that mission.

Though not dying to fire at all in a year seems pretty amazing, damage mitigation and juggling when to hit your DC or when to hit your RP can counteract a lot of this.

I forgot something! In port you have the filters in the bottom right. if you shut everything off the ARP ships will look like the original and the commanders will become IJN commanders. And I just verified in COOP that the audio changes to the standard as well.

Currently the "My Shipmates" section of the recruit station shows only points, what I have done in the past is go to https://na.wows-numbers.com/ and just looked at their stats or tier level.

For now the only way to disable the ARP commander voice over is to go to the audio settings and in section “voiceover modification” select option “national."
Unfortunately this means you will have the national languages, IE: Japanese when in IJN ships, German when in a German ship, etc.
I am currently asking if we can change the settings so if you put your voice over to "English" they will be "English"

That's what I needed, because you have notifications in whatever browser you might use (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc) and there are notifications in game that pop up. I was confused.
