I remember when mods give out warning or advise even when you typed lfg/lfm or wts/wtb in Eng chat. Now they're blatantly giving 6 hours mute for this? XD
There's still warnings that are given out. The fact that the user was muted for 6 hours means that they've been warned and potentially muted for this before. Mods don't choose the warning/mute length, they just escalate it by 1 step which can also result in even longer mutes if you keep doing it.
Is there a good written guide for new players that covers a lot of content? I've taken a quick look for one but couldn't find anything decent / up to date
Check the Activities in Albion Online one. It links to either steam or forum and covers a big variety of content and explains it.
Also with the update on the 22nd we are introducing the Journal which allows you to get an overview of all types of different content mixed with some missions that yield rewards.

Hey! I just joined a guild and I am expected to set home in their HO
Problem is, their HO is really deep in the blackzone
How am I supposed to buy/sell stuff if their HO is so far away from the portal zone?
I like to gather sometimes to make silver and I cannot transport whatever I gather or I'll die doing it and it takes a lot of time to go by foot (horse)
Also, if I just go with the horse to the portal to sell my loot It will change my home to BZ portal.... This seems so weird, how do people do this?Thanks in advance! :>
Most guild players that live in deep black zone hideout are either doing big guild transports from portal or use the roads of avalon for small group transports.

Hey, that happens when a safe area is overcrowded (usually above 400). All players are made invisible in order to improve performance. So you can't really fix this, only thing you can do is meet them in other clusters like an island, the bank or outside the city if you need to interact with them.
hello I am having a trouble
I was previously a mobile player who is now shifting to pc. i cannot login with my account. it keeps saying albion cannot connect to servers or check your internet connection. Its working fine when i made a new account
That's odd. Unless you're trying to connect during the maintenance window there shouldn't be any server downtimes. Are you able to connect to any other servers or are all of them not allowing you to connect? If the issue persists you should probably write in to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) and see if they got any idea.
Me and 2 friends are trying the game again, but we've seen there's not much content for 3 players, and we wanted to do small scale pvp / ganking but dont know which weapons comp should we got with. And all the information we find is old an outdated. Making it hard to know if it still valid.

If you're a small group of 3 you can also try Tracking or Roads of Avalon.
Lots of small groups either have 1 healer or 3 melee weapons with a lot of sustain like hellion jackets.
The login servers had a small hiccup. It should be working again now :)
Didn't played more than a year. Used to run 6-lvl solo dungeons back then. No loot now (almost) in new euro server. There items drop now (if they do)?
Solo dungeons drop less loot on average due to them being safer than other types of content. They essentially have a lower priority when it comes to black market distribution so you'll see a lower quality/quantity, especially if you're running a lower tier dungeon.

Yes this bug was already reported. Seemed to be caused by yesterdays patch.
You can change this in the game settings. Under Controls -> General you can tick the box for "Double press to attack". That way your first click will just select and not make you attack them immediately.
Why can't I feed my animals? It's just not letting me. Do you need something else other than crops?
Which animal are you trying to feed? Some animals want raw meat instead of crops.
When you get a bag of silver or whatever in an abbey / mist and you use it there does it actually award you the silver or do you have to go to town? I thought for sure it awarded you the silver instantly but I feel like I have been using loads of bags without gaining the silver...
I imagine that might be a mechanic to make it harder to empty your weight while in full loot areas. I remember there is also a pop up message that says something right before I use but I just accept so I don't even know what it says.
EDIT: My real problem was that I felt my silver was not going up even though I kept using silver bags. I realize now that I had auto spec on in the destiny board so it was taking away silver.
Silver bags always award the silver instantly when you use them and ignore guild tax or anything similar.

Hey, I saw today weapon that shots with somenthing looking like "death balls" and gives some blue shield. What weapon/build is that?
Could you specify what you mean by "death balls"? First thing that comes to my mind is the new Astral Staff but that doesn't give any shield. When it comes to shielding, Enigmatic Staff is a possibility.
The map will get completely opened on Wednesday. You should be able to have some more breathing room after that!

Tracking is an activity where you hunt rare creatures in the open world. They drop rare ingredient that are needed for shapeshifter staffs & new potions. For more info check out our Official Tracking Guide
