In addition to what @m4rt1n said... it may also be that they have received more Knowledge Point Donations than they have given out due to the Knowledge Point Limit :)

If the Player in Question begins to donate out to their Fellows, once they have "re-balanced" they should be able to receive more!

Right im keeping an eye on these guys! MAY require you to raise a Ticket but we'll see if the issue is persistent first.

As always do a cache clear and a soft modem reset first to take that out of the equation! :)
