Read moreHello @ATARI.Duckman, we’ll poke the team to clarify in regards to the expected behavior here, but this does seem like the result of a temporary issue with this platform’s specific restrictions.
Thank you for the confirmation, we’ve updated the issue ticket with these details.
Hi @AngelBRz, setting this topic to solved as you’ve edited the original post to inform that this was a timezone issue rather than a game issue.
Hey @maddricky, welcome to the forums and thank you for reaching out.
Would it be possible to provide a short recording of the graphical and rubber-banding issues?
Could you also let us know if you’re playing singleplayer or online?
If you’re playing online, is it on a private or official server, and is your console on a wired or wireless connection?
Hello @Zayne79, thank you for your report and apologies for the situation, we’ve sent note to the team so that this gets looked into as soon as possible.
Could you let us know whether you’re using the performance or the quality preset in the video settings?
Hi @Iwangor, welcome to the forums.
Characters are never intentionally deleted from official servers, unless there is a database rollback which is extremely rare and usually only sets players back a few hours.
Sorting the server list by character level might also not accurately display servers you have characters in.
Have you tried to filter the server list by History, so that it shows any recent servers you’ve played on?
Hello @Darkspire, as it has been mentioned in the thread the white haired man is the default model that intentionally shows on the crafting stations while the intended model is in queue to load and take its place, or fails loading.
In short, this might not exactly be considered a bug, but rather a symptom of a performance issue, such as the number of art assets (models, textures) in memory exceeding the budget for the platform you’re playing on.
Could you provide more information about how often do you experience this, how early it happens in your play session, and whether it happens in an area with a large number of thralls, building pieces, and placeables?
Hi @DTwizy420, we are aware of the issue and it will be addressed in an upcoming patch.
Hello @KmKn, we have registered the issue for the developers to look into, thank you for providing videos of it occurring.
Hey @KmKn, thank you for the detailed report, the issue has been registered and our team will look into it as soon as possible.
Could you confirm if you had any thralls following you sinking into the mesh, or did it only happen to the thralls that were set to guard over the terrain mesh after you returned to their location?
Hi @Fubar236, could you please provide a screenshot of the in-game map pointing at the exact location of your base, as well as one or more screenshots of said base as seen from its exterior and the spot where the mobs spawned?
Player claim should prevent most mobs from spawning, but there might be certain cases or areas in which the spawners are not fully blocked by the claimed area.
Hello @Apoch, welcome to the forums.

image800×500 70.6 KBHello @Croms_Faithful, have you noted if this issue occurs regardless of the other Follower Settings?
Do they actively slide away from their position as you watch, while you are away from the area, or both?
In any case, the issue has been registered for our team to take a look.
Thank you for the screenshots and additional details, these have been forwarded internally.
Hello @Ko6ka, this seems like an edge case that could be both hardware and driver related, could you try to revert back to the previous GPU driver version to see if the issue persists?
You may find older drivers through the advanced search on Nvidia’s driver page:

Additionally, do you have any other Unreal Engine 4 titles you coul...

Hi @x7lillies, could you share the exact location of the base together with a screenshot of said base from the outside?
Hello @missingtin and @ImmensePenguin, it should become available very soon, in early June.
