I believe this is because Blood Shade converts Infernal Shade’s base fire damage to physical, but not all fire damage in the tree.

This appears to be a visual issue with the damage number. From what I can see, the Bone Curse ailment is properly applying and dealing damage when another skill is used, but the damage number for this proc does not appear. We’re investigating this internally, thanks for the report!

Are you noticing this happening after you get stunned by Lagon? Or is this just happening by simply throwing Shield Throw.

The number it is showing is just the Mana Arc damage currently.

It is actually doing two hits but currently only the final damage number is actually displaying. We’re working on a fix internally for this.
