Is it possible that in that purge there were hyenas? Hyena cubs are known for messing up purge waves by just ignoring all the violence and going on with their lives. It could also be possible they might be stuck somewhere under the geometry. We’re aware of those issues and our team is looking into them.

We’ve posted a guide on how to report bugs, which you can find here. We understand the frustration of having to generate a thread for each issue separately, but otherwise they’re of little use to us. God might be helping in this case, as we use each thread as a report.

We’re aware of this issue in particular and we’ve put it in our Trello board for our community to vote on:

Extreme cases involve blocking gameplay completely for a large amounts of people. Obelisk blocking does not constitute such an offense. The user in question has been informed, despite continuous insistence and refusal to acknowledge our rules.
Additionally, sharing screenshots of private conversations (be them with us or any other player) is a serious offense and we will unfortunately have to apply disciplinary action.
We will proceed to close this thread.

If you use the most updated version of Reshade, it shouldn’t cause any problem with BattlEye. If it blocks it, you can always start Conan Exiles with it disabled to either play single player, or on private servers that accept having BattlEye disabled.
