We’re aware of this issue and other similar ones. For now, our team will not look into them as fixing it could potentially mean altering the mesh and collision boxes, possibly destroying a lot of buildings if that patch went live.

We’ve tested it internally and the DLC feats seem to be unlocking correctly after the reset, sometimes requiring a refresh of the tab in order to take effect. We’ve informed our team about it, but once refreshed it shouldn’t cause any additional issues.

Our team is looking into it. Please don’t mind us merging this thread into a previous one where we’ve been collecting information about this issue.

Apologies for that. Threads are automatically closed after 7 days of inactivity, but it’s okay to open a new one once the previous one gets closed if the issue still persists.
Our team is still looking into it, but at least we’ve found exact repro steps for this problem.

We’ll send note to our team so they can look on our end if there’s been any changes that could explain this behavior.

It’s been fixed internally and released on PC already. On consoles it’s been sent to certification. Depending on how long it takes, we’re considering merging that previous hotfix with the next one to make a meatier patch without further delays.

On PS4 you can press the share button and select Save Video to grab the last 15 minutes of gameplay. Then you can upload that clip from the gallery to Youtube from the same interface. Once you’re about to give the video a title and description, just before uploading it, it does also let you trim it to show only the important details you want to highlight.
Once uploaded to Youtube you can share the link with us.

As we stated a few times, this patch is just to enable the DLC that was released on PC at the beginning of this month. The patch with fixes is still undergoing certification.
