The majority of what I've read so far throughout the forums is valuable feedback even if the tone that's being written isn't sunshine and rainbows. I am empathetic to how players feel and I am learning a lot about their experiences. My only ask is that when players do offer feedback that it is constructive regardless if it is positive or negative in nature. People can be express their opinion even if it's negative; I just ask that it be done respectfully and that we remember there are human beings on the other side of the monitor =]

I am unable to give out a timeline of when devs respond to threads as I don't want to make promises such as 'someone will reply on a daily/weekly basis'. However, I can say that I am helping the team keep an eye on feedback that is being posted. One of my highest priorities is to remain active in the forums (outside of posting) to understand community sentiment across the board.

Wanted to chime in and say the team is paying attention to and monitoring feedback.

To everyone in this thread, I also wanted to give a heads up that I will be moving this thread to the PvP sub-forum.

In our quest to clean up various areas of the forums, one of our focuses will be reorganizing the threads here and moving them to their appropriate places.

As a reminder, the STAR WARS Discussion sub-forum is for conversations that have everything to do with Star Wars but not with SWTOR. Discussions about the game should be posted in the appropriate areas of the forums.

We'll be moving threads slowly over time so people who are engaged in these conversations don't get super lost.

If something is misplaced or somehow amiss, please let me know!

Just wanted to chime in here and say that I'll do some digging into the info you sent me. I won't post details here in this thread unless the resolution is very general and can help other players. But I'll keep in contact with you via PMs. Please understand that this may take some time as we are experiencing the holiday season.

Ah that was on me. I had it in my head that a URL to the thread would be in the dev tracker when I bumped it, so I wouldn't be repeating information and making things redundant. I'll be more mindful of better ways to consolidate but also broadcast info in the future.

Today marks SWTOR�s 9th anniversary! Since SWTOR launched on December 20th, 2011, each year has brought new memories and accomplishments to players and devs alike. And this year will certainly be one that stands out for everyone. As we continue through our 9th year, we would love to hear from you, our community, on what you are most proud of and/or grateful for whether that be in-game or IRL.

I�m happy to start this train! I feel very fortunate for having the opportunity to join this wonderful team! I had no idea how this year would turn out, but I made it here and I am going to make the absolute best of it. I am over the moon, and very much looking forward to what all of us can create together in the coming year. On a more personal note, I managed to cook my very first turkey this past holiday on my own without burning down my kitchen, so I have that going for me as well.

Wanted to say thank you for the post and that I did read it. I can't speak to everything you listed here as I'm still learning as much as I can in many areas. I do want to say that my being here is to support different pockets of the community. It goes without saying that this year has been full of overcoming challenges and adapting to new processes. All I can ask right now is allow us (the community team) time to process and evaluate 2020 so that we can set our goals, expectations, etc... for the new year.

I've said this before and I will reiterate. I'm here to help bridge a lot of the communication between dev and player and vice versa. Changes will not be made overnight, but I hope that with time, you and others can see that we are striving to build up this community. Again, thanks for posting.

Hi everyone, just wanted to address this post. We could use a little more info regarding each of your experiences. What would be most ideal is if you could please write an in-game bug report when you are experiencing the issue. Additionally, could you also provide the specs you are using. Some questions we have are-

-Was the phase left at any point or was the FP played in one go without interruption?

-How much dedicated VRAM is available?

Use of that term in a derogatory sense or insulting manner is not acceptable regardless if it is used against a person. I am asking that it not be used here in this space. And again, I ask that posts in this thread remain on topic.

Me addressing the post outright is a form of moderation. There is also a way of reporting a problematic post and that gets set to our team for review. If you want to recommend other ways to moderate the forums, feel free to PM, but I am I asking now that responses here are on topic with the OP.

People are free to express how they feel about the game but keep the pejorative language out of the forums, please.

Hello everyone,

We wanted to address the Sienar Drexl Mount that some players may have obtained. The Mount was not intended to be available at this time. We wanted to communicate the following:

- The Mount in its current state is visually broken, and we are applying a fix today to prevent more from being obtained.
- While you can use the Mount item in order to unlock the ability, you will not be able to summon the Mount, so we advise players not to use it for now.
- Players who have the Mount will not be able to trade it.

We are currently investigating this issue and will update the community when we have more to share.

I can't believe we're in the middle of the week already. What is time?

Wanted to let you all know that I'm going to be working on cleaning up some of the threads here. Some examples of what I and the team will be doing are:

- Moving posts to the appropriate forum such as bug report threads to the Bug Report Forum

- Locking threads that have had no activity in over 6 months

- Locking duplicate threads

This will be a good start to organizing the forums as a whole. Don't worry, we aren't going to change everything overnight. This process will take some time and I have no intention of interrupting the flow of your conversations. I wanted to give you all a heads up of what will be happening so you aren't caught by surprise.

I also want to use this movement to keep threads organized in the future as well! If you have any other suggestions in this arena, feel free to comment or send me a PM.
