Wildy wyrm has nearly killed my HCIM so many times while doing the wildy farming patch, I really hope that mfers been tuned down as hell lol.
We've actually nudged the teleport on the wildy sword to the farming patch, and the spawn point on the wyrm with the intention being that you can farm peacefully if you don't want to take part.
Can ironmen do the wildywyrm flash event? We can't kill it normally without using death touched darts. /u/jagexdoom
Yeah this should now work like a normal flash event - you can participate and will get rewarded if you contribute enough.
The post says the first Wildy Wyrm event is at 23:00 GMT after Unnatural Outcrop but Unnatural Outcrop is next at 15:00? So Wildy Wyrm would be at 16:00?
Yeah when we add a new event to the list the exact timing of the events is likely to move around a bit due to how the system calculates what the next event is. Slightly unfortunate that this one happens so late in the day this time!

What will happen if the pouches are alreaddy full? If the essence type in the preset is different from the one I want to load
At the moment you will have to empty them manually, but I've already had feedback to try and change this internally. Doubt that will get done for the initial release but might be able to do something about it later down the line.
Genuinly curious, how long did it take you to develop this? This has been asked for YEARS, at this point I thought the main reason not to do it was because it would take way too much time to develop (or some weird balancing reasoning). Either way, thanks, this is a godsend!
In the end not as long as I thought it might (but its always a good idea to be cautious when evaluating how much time work might take). Changes like this which touch things like bank presets are always a bit scary in concept - any bugs there are likely to be quite visible and annoying (apologies in advance if one sneaks through :P) . We also have to be a bit concerned about server load as players use presets a lot.
I've seen this change raised a lot before, but it seems before now there has always been an internal reason to not do it at that time. I can't speak to them all, there were definitely balance concerns at one point, but we are always having to evaluate the dev (and testing and art etc.) time we have, expected difficulty of the change, any other upcoming changes that might interact with what we are doing etc. etc.

Impure. That is just the one it checks for first. I couldn't think of a use case for filling some of your inventory with one type and some of it with another.
Can this be applied to the combat rune pouches and quivers so they're never empty before battle?
Never say never, but features like this are bespoke, and we have to be careful not to make the preset code too costly or complicated (think of high pop worlds and imagine how often they are called).
There is also a UX question on how you as a player set the preset up so it gives you the runes/ammo you desire.

Yeah, if you put impure essence in the preset the pouches will take that instead.

Yeah. The way this works is as long as your preset has pouches and essence in the inventory, it will try to fill the pouches with that type of essence. If you also have the ethereal outfit on in the preset, it will also try to fill up that.
Maybe I'm misunderstanding something, but... the reinvigorated Pumpkin Mask prevents Tier 1 and Tier 2 Light Sources from decaying while performing Necromancy Rituals. The ensouled version also prevents Tier 3 Light Sources from decaying.
But why would you bother using T2 or T3 light sources if the T1 ones don't decay anymore? I thought the only difference between the tiers was how quicky they decay?
The tiers refer to the spots on the ritual site, not the level of candle.

Is it true you can't get the soul item collectable things (unsure what they're called, not logged in yet) from only skilling and they're locked to skilling, meaning you'll never get them from doing any form of combat? Can anyone confirm?
I've just checked this on our test servers, you seem to get last wills as expected.

Although I don't understand why we'd need to rename the cape. It's an iconic name. Players will argue about definitions of "completionist" regardless of what the cape is called.
