Look at this little guy. He wants to be on trimmed comp. He wants players to feed him some toads. That's his only chance. Don't remove him.
The support for Chompy culling has been a surprise!

On first glance, everything seems reasonable. I will dive deeper later and very interesting to see how community reacts. Zammy 100% being required for trim is going to be painful for many users, tho.
And to all three questions at the bottom. Yes. Big yes. Trim should show you have "mastered" all content to some extend. Not just touched.
Definitely worth acknowledging Zammy 100% is a step up for a lot of players. It's certainly one I am very interested in feedback on. The solo version was picked to be in line with the other two enrage boss achievements.
As an additional note, I intend to go through this thread to collect actions and changes on Monday, to give people a good amount of time to discuss.

This is a huge step in my crusade to finally give due respect to Completionist Capes. I spent the last few years nagging Jagex to add missing requirements to give the capes the extra shine they deserve.
I'd like to thank the following people who helped with this vision along the way:
Mod Jack /u/JagexJack for taking interest in this topic and listening to my incessant whining. This update wouldn't have been kicked off without his involvement.
Mod Abe /u/JagexAbe who was assigned as the dev to this project, and who I hope will do it justice. (Please leave our Chompies alone.)
Waswere /u/WasV3 who created a very useful overview video about the missing Trimmed Comp requirements.
Kobra /u/KobraTheKing who compiled a help...
Thanks, and I'd like to add a thank you to Mod Fowl (not yet on reddit, but working on it) who has also been working on this project - and getting a lot of the actual coding done whilst I have been prepping this post!
Hello, 'Scapers,
We want to talk to you about some upcoming changes to the Completionist and Trimmed Completionist capes due to drop in April!
You may have seen us ask around for player-suggested changes - we have combed through these and are working on getting the most requested into game. There is a little bit of time before these plans are signed off, so we would love to get your thoughts on them to help us shape the final look of the changes for the Comp Cape!
Also, with this update we intend to open a poll of some Trimmed Completionist changes we regard as more controversial. More on that further into the post.
This Is About Feedback
We’re opening this discussion today, weeks before any potential release, in order to hear your thoughts on our proposed changes and get your feedback.
Nothing of what you are about to read is set in stone. Constructive, detailed comments will help us understand all perspectives as ...

Double checked the code - all three activities all have a chance to give pets whenever they give xp. Imbuing arrows and tip burning also do :)
I needed to see this.
/u/jagexabe said something about the way Wildy events are tracked, he might give some insight into whether this is possible.
I'm tracking up to 2k behind the scenes, in case it ever becomes useful, but at the moment I haven't exposed that info to the player.
That's one for /u/jagexabe
I don't think you should get another one once you have it.
Got a feedback point in for this, looking into a few options.
We've just pushed a hotfix for an issue that sounds like it could be this... it was a little tricky to repro in test worlds.
If you see this issue crop up again, let me know.
Hotfix should have just gone in for this.
This is unintended, looking into fixing it, should be able to bank them until we can get a fix in.
I assume the ring has to be equipped to have the effects proc if we don't use the relic?
yes :)
Are the enchantments applied directly to the character like previous ones were? IE if I have multiple passages/graces will one enchantment apply the infinite charge/porter buff to all of them?
Yep, they are applied to the character.
Great, thank you! I wasn't sure if the engine supports this many ops on a worn item, but it seems this was updated some time back.
Looks like we support up to 8 worn ops at the moment, although I can only see 3 items that use that many.
Will the drops from the King Black Dragon event also count fro the drop log?
Will it also award the really rare kits? They werent mentioned in the possible list of drops.
The drops from the special events that are on the KBD drop log will be counted for the KBD drop log.
The rare kits are not on the drop table, I didn't want to absorb all the uniques from the standard KBD fight.
Brawling gloves are so rare and niche that it feels like a waste to use a slot on the puzzle box for them. I can't imagine anyone getting excited for that
Brawling gloves are on the droptable for the new special events (Bloodwood Tree, Infernal Star and KBD Rampage), so you might find a few more of them if you are participating.
The xp needs to be reworked, having it be only worth for the person that wins the encounter when the entire point is that it’s a group activity doesn’t make sense. Imagine if wilderness war bands only gave big xp loot to the person that contributed most towards destroying the camp?
Everyone gets the same XP if the encounter is won and they contribute a threshold amount to the win. There is no one single winner of an event, it is intended to be a group effort.
To create the new enchants do you just need the items. Or do you need to combine them with something else?
You will require some items and some invention components, similar to how the other enchants introduced in ED4 work.
