Maybe a little less chonky but that's better than mine yeah
Heads up - we're aware of a few issues with the Halloween event where NPCs aren't spawning correctly and/or entire hoards of skeletons seem to be appearing. And a few other unexpected behaviors. Once I have more information including what steps we'll be taking I'll share here 🦴

One more post in forum moderation review before you leave?
I'll make sure I put a bow on the forums before I leave <3
A sincere thank-you from the /r/runescape mod team. Kari has been an invaluable point of contact at Jagex, and a wonderful person to work with. All the best, and good luck on your future journey!

You folks are genuinely super heroes - thank you for all your hard work and support!
I don't think you were ever on a stream.
Nope! I always felt I could make more of a difference behind the scenes ^_^
You can be proud that you were able to convince someone to eat paper!

Before leaving would you mind telling us a few things you are proud of accomplishing while at Jagex, also what was your favorite thing you got to (or be a part of) implement into the game?
It's been a rollercoaster of a few years with so much I could point to!
Launching Archaeology was an incredible experience, though I'd say we topped that this year with our incredible EGWD content. The marketing campaigns for each front have been a tonne of fun to work on, from things like the Discord Stage lore stream to the incredible reveal artwork I've had the pleasure to commission from talented community artists.
Personally a big highlight came last year when we ran RuneScape's first big successful Pride event in game. I'd have loved to have done more of course but given the time and resources available I couldn't be more proud of what we achieved. I'm also really proud of the changes I've made to our Discord server, the format improvements of our newsposts, how we work with influencers etc. A lot of what I've done might not be directly visible to players and I'm absolutely fine with that!
Oh I should also point out the login lockout too. While it w...
Read moreHeya folks,
After nearly 2 years serving the communities of Gielinor, it's almost time for me to hang up my J-Mod crown to start a new adventure elsewhere. My final day at Jagex is October 27th, just over two weeks from now.
Whilst professionally (and personally) I'm very excited for what comes next for me, I'm also incredibly sad to be leaving such a passionate and dedicated community of players that's come to mean so much to me. The RuneScape community is one of the most diverse and driven communities I've gotten to work with and it's been an absolute pleasure serving you all as Mod Kari.
I'd like to give a special shout out to our incredible community moderators, astoundingly talented artists and creators, as well as everyone that I've gotten to work with over my time at Jagex. You folks rock! <3
Thank you all so much for the support and kindness you've shown me over the years. As I leave, please show that s...
Read more External link →One question though, is /u/JagexKari stepping down now that /u/Mod_Miva is onboard, or she's the 3rd member of the CM team?
I do hope this improve the already lacking communication between Jagex and players (barring the deliberate ambiguity they adore; to avoid speaking about certain topics), also, perhaps, improve the way they make the weekly posts to also include a list of known fixes?
That way, we have the link to the newspost, the list of known fixes, and the Subreddit Mods would abide Reddit's absurd pinned post limitations (essentially making the newspost a one in all multipurpose Megathread).
Mod Miva has been a part of the team for 4 months now - no one has been or is being replaced by her addition :)
