We have update the known issues article for the Underspire issue: Underspire Reset

To confirm that players who purchased Torch or Lantern Boosters will have their Torches and Lanterns added back to their account as soon as we can.

This is all that were purchases during what was this weeks Underspire; including ones that were previously consumed by completing battles - but will exclude the free Lantern from the Merchant.

But once I have the specifics, we will share again!

Closing as this is an ongoing known issue that the map has reset, and is new.

When we describe the map as resetting, it means the whole map is different. It is not that you will have the same map as you had been playing on prior to reset.

As mentioned, it is a new map.

Outside of the mention of PvP, is this happening across all battles completed?

So even after completing Explore, you are seeing missing troops you encountered - or after completing a Dungeon room?

Just quickly, does anyone’s filter change or appear differently in their troop menu when this occurs?

Currently no need to submit any ticket, as we have all the information we need.

Anyone who has made purchases that have reset, we will work on getting those back to you as soon as we can!
