Just wanted to make one new post here for an update on the fixes we are releasing so there is no need to run around to various threads to get an update on an issue.
Will also be updating the relevant Known Issues articles, if they haven’t already been updated.
Today we will be releasing a hotfix for the following issues:
I am closing this thread as we do not respond to ban discussions or ban appeals on the community forum.
Players who have been banned can submit an appeal but this can only be submitted by the affected player.
There is some valid feedback here which I will be passing on to the team.
But I have also removed posts that are unconstructive, inappropriate or could refer to things that are triggering.
Closing this thread before it gets to be unconstructive.
Any further feedback can be shared in the thread I have linked.
PS. We are adding the bonus mana back into the pause menu in a future update, think that was one I passed on recently!
Just in case, we did create a known issues article yesterday and are working on an immediate fix and then a permanent fix.

This will be resolved when the fix is released, awaiting an ETA for when that will be released.
We currently have a fix we are testing atm for this issue!
WIth the reset, this has also reset the Merchant so the free Lantern is available again, but we have passed on that if possible we would like to include a Lantern with the comp once it goes out.

Excellent, and rereading this and your comment response in the patch notes - these were all torches awarded from the Guardians?
Thank you so much for that @sylverscale , also will it let you start another battle with torches or is it fully thinking you have none?
And can I grab your invite code too please, just to squiz your data!
Since winning torches and them not displaying, have you completed another battle and they still do not display?
I have had this happen and it took me completing another battle for them to appear.
