It depends entirely on the chance for that specific item to drop, especially if the item has 1% chance to drop.
I was not able to repro this issue. What were you doing when this happened and did you die while opening the pack?

Here is an example of how the drop penalty works for an item that has a 100% drop chance.

The ranking system was developed only for the main class in mind. The Dev team told us last week they have no intention to add dual class rankings after we requested for additional benefits for players leveling entirely on their dual class.

1. If you awaken your dual class at level 85, then you get Paulina's Equipment Set (R-grade). You no longer receive the set if you Re-Awaken your Dual Class through Raina.
2. We just received it the other day and will release more information at a later time.

We greatly reduced the XP curve in April along with changes to the mission rewards, which saw another revamp with the Kamael update in August. We are not seeing any mass disconnections from our servers. The delay in gameplay is related to server performance with the Halloween event, which will end tomorrow. Server disconnections are monitored 24/7 and when we do observe a mass disconnection outside of a server outage, it is normally related to an issue with a local ISP. Please contact your ISP if you are experiencing frequent disconnections.

The latest version of Red Libra event is tied to the next update. We are still working on fixes for the current one from two weeks ago, so it is a little too early for us to give a definite timeline on the next Red Libra event.
