Quick update, you shouldn’t need to work with CS to get your character righted - just follow the in game prompts and you should be good to go. As @Delakron said, apologies for the delay in getting character back in shape

While I appreciate this reasoning, I recently learned that hippos don’t swim either - because they are super dense (essentially a tank with skin), they can’t actually float either.

2023 is the year of the Rabbit, so no room for hippos I suppose. Maybe next year. No promises obvs.

As far as the bug, and undoing the conflict, we are working on it. No ETA yet.

Likely not, this issue is complex and can’t be undone too easily. In that same vein, players who have used this are being investigated and may face action as our repro shows it’s not something arbitrarily done.

Initial investigation shows this is a complex problem, caused by the governor switching factions, and it won’t be resolved quickly unfortunately - we are considering all options, but don’t have an ETA for you. A Dev or CM will update this thread when we have an update.

That was a different issue, this one we shouldn’t have to do that, but will keep folks informed.

Not sure what you’re referring to, we are looking to address the mismatch of company leader/company/zone.

Absolutely report in game, our moderation team is able to retrieve the convo with context and review the report much quicker. Unfortunately I don’t have access to the moderation tools. Devs just be devving.

A fix is in test. Hoping to get it out soon after it’s approved/validated by QA.

We have been investigating some of the potentially sus Trading Post contracts - all are legitimate, but some are being investigated as bots which we are reviewing. Nothing looks like a dupe is present though. We will continue to investigate.

If anyone is aware of a dupe issue, please send those reports to the exploit email. Instructions are somewhere in the official posts section of the forums.
