TORGHAST, TOWER OF THE DAMNED

• The total number of floors per run is now 5 (was 6).

• The Tarragrue will now be terrorizing players in the Sanctum of Domination and as such, there is no longer a death counter barrier for continuing your run.

• Bosses no longer regenerate health after they have defeated you.

• New Scoring System and Perks

  • You are now scored based on performance after successfully completing a run. At the end of the run, your score will be ranked and you will be awarded with Tower Knowledge, which can be spent at The Box of Many Things to acquire permanent Perks and grow stronger, which will allow you to combat the enemies in Torghast even quicker.

  • Fixed an issue that temporarily caused deposit fees to be 3x lower than they were in original Burning Crusade.

    • Blizzard once again has a chance to activate Enigma’s Solitude and Arcane Concentration on cast.
• User Interface
  • On PC and Mac, players can now utilize SSAO (Ambient Occlusion).

  • Sire Denathrius
    • Phase Two now ends when Denathrius’ health reaches 37% (was 40%) or after 225 seconds (was 210 seconds) on Mythic difficulty.
      • Developers’ note: Our goal with this adjustment is to make Denathrius’ final phase a bit more forgiving on Mythic. We considered simply reducing his health, but felt that could be needlessly disruptive during his first two phases, so we’re instead opting for a more targeted approach.

With a hotfix that is now live, we’ve made the following adjustment to Sire Denathrius on Mythic difficulty:

• Phase Two now ends when Denathrius’ health reaches 37% (was 40%) or after 225 seconds (was 210 seconds) on Mythic difficulty.
