Yeah...This is unintended. The x1.1 got accidentally committed a while back while we were doing some experiments with new OCs. It will be set back to the normal x1.5 in the next patch.
I did an experiment today,on-site refining in a non-rockpox region
Not opted out: 5 lobbies
Ran to the season terminal to uncheck the box: 0 lobbies

If you open the general server list you should still see all the lobbies.

I was surprised to see my Rocket Barrage missiles being controllable all of a sudden. Coudn't find any info on this in the patch note. The description still says "No Missile Guidence".
