The best thing you can do is report and if you have replay or unlisted youtube video send in a ticket AS WELL. Reporting will ensure we have evidence to look at and a ticket will alert us to the issue sooner!

Some teams in 3v3 will even have one person do strictly demos. It's just another tactic.

We release updates in the evening (in the US at least) so game updates don't interfere with peak user times, which tend to be earlier in the day.

If you are unable to connect, please install the latest update for Rocket League on the Epic Games Launcher.
If you aren't prompted with an update, go to your Library and right-click on Rocket League, then select Verify to try and force the update.
