The content will be available at 8AM PDT December 9th. However, the update itself will be going out at 4PM PDT tonight.

Hey there!

It's disappointing that some folks in the community choose to abuse the game like this but we do take things like this seriously. It really does make a really big difference to us when folks like you report things and file tickets about these types of incidents. It allows us to go in and take action to prevent things like this from happening in the future.

Yes! You'll need to connect your PS account to your Epic Games account and ensure that the Xbox account remains as your primary account.

Hey there!

No you shouldn't have lost all of your cosmetics. Do you mean you lost all of the items in your inventory or do you mean all of the presets were reset?

One thing I can think of that may have happened is if you created an Epic Games account and linked your Xbox to it, the Epic Games account was set as the primary instead of the Xbox account, in which case you should be able to just log into Epic games and set your Xbox as the primary.

Hey there!

You'll want to create an epic account for him, connect the Xbox account as the primary, and install the Epic games version from the epic games store. Just don't connect your steam account to this epic account and you should be good to go!

Yes! Set your primary to Steam, connect both your PS4 and Series S, and your inventory from each platform should be usable.
