Just want to let you know that we are fully aware about this and are listening to all the feedback. I don't want to try to justify the format, or context as to why we landed on this format for EU specifically.. It would look very defensive, and honestly it is a bit pointless, because the reality is that at the end of the day, we missed the mark here. No if's or but's
That's it really. We are the ones that need to worry about ensuring that we have the best VALORANT competitions possible, so will take it to heart and make sure that we do better moving forward.
And please, always keep the feedback coming. We may not always answer, but I guarantee you we are always listening, and feedback, from both teams and fans, is key to help us do better

Hey, I’m a high schooler who wants to do game programming in college. What can I do now to make myself stand out to employers and does riot offer programming internships? I’ve found some game dev internships limited in some ways. Thanks!
1.) Chase as opportunities to learn and show that really clearly in your internship application/resume. Good internship pipelines look for potential over specific kinds of experience, so showing you have a growth mindset and how you've pursued learning is good.
2.) We do have internships that use programming - ie engineering or tech design. What do you mean limited?

Forgive me for thinking the company profiting off of kids buying micro transactions could have questionable ethics. It’s manipulative that you’re pretending the only options you have are full time employment and internships. You’re not the only company scamming people into internships. It’s wrong that companies do internships in the first place.

This is a feature we accidentally turned on, oops! We're going to be removing this in 1.11, so it will stay exposed up until then.
This is something that we are exploring to improve/adjust visuals of VALORANT. It's not properly tuned yet, so it does go closer to Borderlands that we'd like. If you do have any overall feelings about that, feel free to tell us!
It is a post-process (and a somewhat expensive one at that). Depending on your framerate and GPU, the framerate hit can be minor or significant (we haven't yet tested it internally rigorously).

Bro changes need to be made to DM. The mode is not enjoyable at all and doesnt serve it's purpose properly rn. Allowing players in is ok but if the DMs are still 6 minutes long, it doesnt matter. I hope they make core changes to DM then let us get into it in Queue

Can I also just say that game dev (in a pandemic) takes time but as Joe and Anna have said, we build this game with you, and sometimes that means changing plans made pre-launch to meet evolving needs. We're always listening, so please be patient.
