FYI - We've fixed this issue in 8.10, and one of our level designers has made a tool that should help us catch and fix similar issues in the future before they ship.

Can you tell me what zone theme you were in? (I.E. Forest, Grasslands, etc.?) This shouldn't happen and probably means we missed a tag somewhere. Thanks!

He won't be a reskin of UAH any more. He's got a unique perk like most heroes. Hope you like it. :)
the learning curve for new players though, any thoughts on that?
New players only have a commander slot; slots are revealed as you progress and have explanation tutorials as they unlock.
I haven’t even looked yet, I am hoping it’s not going to be as expensive as I think it might be, good job I have been saving my v bucks

Exactly what i thought it would be! i'm so happy man. One thing i would say is its a bit crappy that i now need to unslot heros i have in my collection book. i'm at level 285 and have nearly all heros from all events booked so the price to unslot and try this out is gonna be a hefty sum of vbucks

There might be a caveat that same-hero bonuses don't stack
That's correct. You can only apply each unique perk once.
I now need about 32 Million hero XP to get the 4 extra copies of each constructor.
Redundant perks don't stack, so there's no need for multiple copies of the same hero.
One question with the Perks:
Will there be an indicator if you try to slot a Hero Perk in the Loadout if the Commander already has that perk in it's kit?
Any redundant perks (whether it's a support hero redundant with the commander or two support heroes with the same perk) will generate a warning indicator that tells you they are redundant and indicates you won't be receiving them twice.
