Hi! One note was missing, which we just added back in:
You can now respray after a 5-second cooldown
Sprays now have lifetime duration of 15 seconds (reduced from 30 seconds)
Sprays still disappear immediately when the barrier drops (mid-round begins) and when the post-round phase begins
Same restrictions on mid-round sprays applies (no Agent faces, animations, or airhorns—sorry we're not sorry)

Because it exist ingame and i think everything that also exist ingame isn't allowed. The kj Turret spray is also not allowed as i know.
Edit: seems like kj turret is allowed, than i don't know why the lobster isn't.

This tells me there aren't enough Guardian skins in the game.
I really like the idea of a top frag glow and I hope it comes back, but I didn't love the skin. u/Riot_Preeti if you're reading this I will pay 93 million dollars for a singularity vandal with a top frag glow. If it was on a more "normal" skin it'd be hype. They probably want to keep it special though

This is a great idea but I think it should be an agent ability, not a gun. Actually no you’re right it should be a gun and we can make skins for it. Then we can have bushes with flowers and berries.

I just tried it on deathmatch, sometimes it would trigger the voiceline and sometimes it wouldn't... Weird...
It doesn’t trigger on every single kill. It’s randomized!
It doesn’t compliment you. When it talks, it’s exerting mind control over you to ensure maximum compliance.
Jokes aside, yes what someone else said. See if you have “agent flavor VO” turned off in your settings. It should be “on” in order for you to hear all the compliments.
