Player moderation on the Steam Forums functions on the system of 'strikes.'

Strikes are assigned according to the severity of the committed infraction. There are three levels of severity.

1st Strike [Warning]:
- Insulting others without being abusive, including Stunlock representatives
- Using foul language not directed at anyone in particular

2nd Strike [Temporary Ban + Warning]:
- Making posts and comments on the forum generally considered to be toxic
- Using slurs or other racist, derogatory terms or engaging in verbal abuse. (Homophobia, Racism, Discrimination, Attacking Religious Beliefs, Encouraging Suicide)
- Making threats against other users, including Stunlock representatives

Major changes are coming to the land of Vardoran and many of its underlying systems such as world-wide changes to terrain, the new biome of Gloomrot, and large adjustments to progression.

To experience the incoming new content you will have to play on a fresh server.

First, I feel your suggestion/feedback dashboard leaves a little to desire. Because of the upvote system you have. It seems to me then that good suggestions that would fit the game and its players might not get any traction. Would that mean that it will not get the attention from the devs unless upvoted to a higher placement? I would at least hope that the developers set aside time to read all suggestions, and make the judgements themselves wether it is good or bad or fits the game and not leave it up to popular vote.
