Warbands are a pre-designed team that players can use straight away in battles (similar to a Starter Deck in TCGs). Warbands are primarily aimed at newer players or players who wish to start dabbling with team building but want an existing team to build off. They also contain extra banners and team slots, so there is something there for experienced players too!

Warband bundles cost 50 War Coins and contain the following:
The team slots will function as normal team slots.
This was never meant to be a feature intensive update, as we try to avoid huge ones with complicated moving parts before the holidays. Even so, we included a lot of stuff, and made sure to hit some QoL issues as best we could in the timeframe we had.
Not every player will like this update, and this has been the case for each update we have released in the past. I think that this (admittedly) smaller update tackles some things we have been wanting to work on for a while, primarily FTUX.
Kingdoms will now be able to be leveled to 20
In addition to the normal Gold and Imperial De...
Here for some clarity!
Warband troops are existing troops. The teams aren’t built by the team generator, they are teams that have good synergy that we are aware of, and would be most useful for early to mid gamers. (For example, of course we included a goblin team!) This means that we won’t be releasing new troops directly to Warbands and walling off content that way. The point is to help newer players, and let them target troops for their teams.
The QoL changes in Arena are based on player feedback.
Our 5.3 stream is today!!! (With guest Ozball!)
I can answer this one! I’ve tried to get access to the Xbox club since I started here, and have never been able to get in. Not for a lack of trying!
@Fourdottwoone I am not speaking of how people treat me on the forums.
I want to be clear.
I get death threats and harassment across my personal social media accounts at times, and I consider this to be abuse and harassment.
Please do not get me wrong, I understand feedback, and incendiary feedback. What I am taking about is not that.
Also, I believe it is unreasonable to expect someone to not be affected by their job. Yes, you can expect them to do it anyway, but humans are fallible. It wouldn’t help for me to say, hey, it’s just a game, don’t be affected by the changes, which is the same sentiment as saying, hey, don’t be affected by the harassment you receive. Your comment doesn’t further the conversation, or help either myself or the players. Humans ar...
Read moreTo be clear, we won’t be hiring or using player representatives for communication, as the communication would be the same. They wouldn’t be able to say more than I can, and would mean information gets passed along more slowly, as there would be another point of contact before things are released to the community.
I will gladly hear out other suggestions, but cannot guarantee they will be done, or be doable.
We are looking at re working Warhawk.
Thanks for breaking this down and testing it so thoroughly. While this isn’t technically a bug, I have passed it on.
Hello team, if you have more information on this that would be appreciated. Right now I’m seeing a lot of speculation and would like something a little more solid to show the devs.

Here to clarify that we do not explain why someone found cheating was banned, as it enables them to cheat more carefully in the future. This is done to protect the health of the game, as well as other players from hackers and cheaters.
Ban appeals (especially those for people find hacking) are our lowest priority. The important tickets are account recoveries and purchase issues. Before re-evaluating hacking bans (which aren’t easy to get, and we monitor closely) we typically try to do chat bans first. (There’s a lot of context in chat bans, and we ALSO review chat ban appeals manually, to ensure the best outcome.)
The OPs first appeal was replied too. After that point, we will reply when we can, but we believel it is important to prioritise players with technical issues that haven’t been suspected of cheating, regardless of whether they are paying players or not.
