It has been an issue for a few years now :(
I have raised it, but from what I seem to gather it seems to be related mostly when you world hop from Citadels, etc.
At least that's what does it on my end.

Quite frankly, its deserved.
The amount of content inside it for a Mobile game is staggering, and also how you can go straight to Desktop after your Mobile session
The OS lot worked tiredlessly to release it, and they absolutely earned this.
