Hi I’m Nicole! Also Funcom’s community manager. Not gonna lie, I suck at any RTS games but they’re pretty addicting and ones I have a hard time putting down until I succeed. I play this game much better when it’s with a friend who I can put all responsibilities on.

I absolutely understand the frustration. With an influx of players trying the game out, some servers will become quite full. What I do suggest in the meantime is find an empty official server or a nice private server. There are many private ones advertised here with really helpful and kind people! Maybe try one of those for the time being. I understand if that isn’t what you want or looking for but we are aware of the increase in people on PS4.

Hey there Erithan! I’m very sorry for the trouble regarding the music.
I just checked on my singleplayer game and noticed the same thing. I put it to 0 but when I exit settings and come back to it, it’s at 1. Personally I don’t hear the music but my hearing can be super bad. :b
If you say you hear it though then that’s a bug! I’ll notify the devs right away. Thanks for taking the time to inform us!

Heya! Is the server full? If your filters are set so full servers won’t show then it won’t appear in your list. See if that helps! Sorry for the trouble!

Heya, check your filters. It could be that the server is full and your filters have it so no full servers will show for you. This server does appear to be up and running at this time!

We should be able to reproduce this from what you’ve given us but I’ll get back to ya if we need any more info. Sorry for the trouble with that though!!

Heya, sorry that we missed your post on this when you originally made it. I’ve notified a dev about this to see what they think. Thanks for the screenshot and letting us know! I’ll give any updates when I can.

Quick hotfix out! We’re rolling out a potential fix to the invisible buildings bug. We need as much information and data as possible on this particular issue as it can be hard to reproduce and find the specific cause. If you experience this and have any details on it please let us know!

Hey all! Just to update you, we’ve extended the due date of entries until next week to give everyone more time. So we are now excepting them until Tuesday, April 9th. Winners will be announced on April 11th.

Is it still just visual for you guys and have access? Or did you actually lose ownership?

The ticket ID basically lets you know it was successfully submitted. We can also use it to find your email if needed. Depending on the nature of your email, CS may not be able to assist though. Is it a bug report or issue with your game? If it’s something like this, I would suggest posting it in the forums here! Otherwise, feel free to DM me and we can go from there.

The intent is for it to indeed be distributed on other characters in the account so this is a known issue that’ll be fixed up soon. Sorry about that!

I was ABSOLUTELY blown away. I was the one in chat while Jens was streaming and my jaw was on the floor the whole time. It’s incredible the details and hard work they put into their server.
