We’ll make a post on the winners and everyone will be free to put theirs up. I won’t be able to post every single creation due to the huge amount of entries we got.

The graphics were improved with the latest patch. There are no plans currently for further updates to visuals.

Hey there! A launch day patch is out now that improves the graphics and performance. Sorry for the trouble!

The launch day patch for Nintendo Switch is available now offering improvements to graphical fidelity, detail, and performance compared to what’s on the retail disc and the initial digital release earlier today. Good luck in the Zone, mutants!

Quality is fine as long as we can tell what we’re looking at. The last contest, we specifically wanted good quality shots since they were made into framed pictures in the game! There isn’t a prize this time so the screenshots are just for us to judge.
And yes, once the contest closes we’ll look through all entries and contact you about DLC!

We’re aware of these bugs. This patch was primarily to get a fix out for this particular exploit and to test it the fix. No worries, more patches to come. :b

My guess is not the next week, but the one after. Jens and Natascha handle the Conan Exiles streams though so I would need confirmation from them about it. Next Thursday’s stream will likely be a Mutant Year Zero stream. So on August the 8th, we’ll have an Exiles stream where we also show off the winners of the building contest.

Hmm…No news on DLC but Natascha and Jens should be back next week. So maybe a stream that Thursday? But that’s likely to be a Mutant Year Zero stream. But any updates we get will be spread here and social medias as well!

Greetings Exiles! We got a small testlive update for you today. Mainly being your character will no longer wake up in a cold sweat thinking they’re late for school. You graduated 14 years ago, silly barbarian. Anyway, here are the notes:

Patch Notes

• [Exploit] Altered combat system to make the “4th hit exploit” no longer apply the effects of a 4th hit. This means that if players still have ways to get into the broken state that allowed the exploit, it will no longer provide any advantage over playing normally. If anything, intentionally breaking your state to try to take advantage of the 4th hit exploit should now provide less damage than attacking normally.
• Fixed a bug with emotes that allowed the emote state to be desynced between server and client.
• Fixed a bug with emotes that would make it do a “flicker” before playing the emote when playing as a remote client. The emote should play more smoothly now.

“Building Contest” is fine. It helps with us knowing it’s for the contest and not something else. I have a special folder in my email for contest entries.
Once we announce the winners on August 8th, we’ll reply to them as well as whoever participated. So you’ll get an email either the day after on Friday or the next Monday.

Hm that’s an excellent point. I’ll allow it (if you all will agree with me) since it works more as a “decorative piece”. When I say, “foundation” I’m talking more about the ability to walk on it and increase surface space. This fits within a 4x4 foundation area so I’m okay with it; I just didn’t want people expanding their “tiny” home too much.
