There are 2 helipads for each team. 1st one is not protected by lethal AAA fire. That fire is only to show you, that there is enemy nearby.
2nd helipad (the one further from battlefield) is protected by lethal AAA. If you see enemy near front helipad, spawn on the further one or spawn in aircraft and shot down enemy camping heli.

What would be the point of having player controlled vehicles on maps of size 32km2? To play hide and seek? Air maps are huge and not adjusted to ground vehicles controlled by players. There is no sense of having ground vehicles controlled by players on such maps.
