I do not make things up. I checked that in game when posting it. It could be ISP way of routing packets to specific region, it can be internal problem with connection. It can be anything.

When we have issues with servers, we post info on forum or in comment to such topics.

AFAIK RP is not connected to BR, but place in tech tree.

We do not change RP required to unlock vehicle every time we change its BR.

AFAIK crew voices are connected to nation you selected in your hangar, not to flag you can see near vehicle in stat card.

We have a lot of foreign vehicles in national tech trees, preparing special crew sound for each of them would IMHO be very problematic.

You are not forced uptiered to 9.0


This aircraft just have BR 9.0 and that's why you see it on the list as 9.0

It do not means you get uptiered there.

Simply if you are in BR 8.0 battle, your "nuke" bomber is Il-28 / Canberra B.Mk.6;
