The primary and important change, according to your feedback is the reduction of the cost of purchasing a rank VI aircraft as their prices are now about the same as rank VII aircraft which was introduced not so long ago.
Also, prices will be changed for some vehicles such as the MiG-17 (to match the neighboring Yak-30 and La-15).

You just cut one part of the changes. We plan to increase reward for losing team. So rewards will be more balanced in overall.
No one expect (at least I think no one expect) to win all the battles. War Thunder is team game. Even if some battles are full of lone wolfs, at the end of the day, better team wins.

IMHO your mindset here is wrong. WT is not CoD, where you run around container (sorry, never played it much, if gameplay is different, treat this as voice of ignorance :P) shooting enemies every 4 seconds.

The issue with using % here is, that it will be confusing for almost all players. One time they will get the "bonus" in another battle, they don't.
The bigger one is, low populated battles would be avoided (which will cause more early leavers).
Something, that looks like a nice idea and nice bonus, starts to become a big problem.
