Are you a big fan of Japan and the Naruto universe? Stay tuned for a competition being organized as part of Fortnite x Naruto Shippuden: Raise Your Flag Invitational content creator tournament!

Starting June 24, 2022, four Japan-themed maps (built by Vysena) will become an arena where duos of content creators grouped by region will compete! The four duos will compete with others in their regional qualifiers, then one duo per region will be chosen for a chance to be part of the final event! Complete the Summer Island Hopper Quests to earn XP towards Summer Island Hopper Milestones. When you complete a Milestone, you’ll earn a summer-y reward! The Nindo 2022 starts now! Complete paths of The Nindo to earn Emoticons and the ultimate rewards of the Akatsuki Wrap and the Manda Glider!

This new Nindo begins on June 21 and will run until July 7, 2022, at 11:59 PM ET. This time, you are tasked to unlock new paths of Naruto characters by playing Fortnite Battle Royale and Zero Build playlists. Each path is different, so make sure you follow each task’s description.

You will be rewarded for unlocking one badge, five badges, and ten badges per path. Complete any one path to earn the Akatsuki Wrap and complete all four paths to claim the final reward: the Manda Glider.

Kick Up Dust in the Blasted Badlands

The Blasted Badlands Venture season is back in v21.10, complete with the Rage Meter modifier, Venture Level rewards, and returning Venture Challenge Quests. The Rage Meter modifier prevents energy from regenerating on its own, while also dramatically reducing your ability cooldowns and increasing their damage. Low on juice? Eliminating Husks refills your energy bar. Energy management is the name of the game in the Blasted Badlands!

Hooked on Swinging: Put on the Grapple Glove

The Screwballer’s not the only high-flying thrill this Season. Pick up a Grapple Glove and use it to swing through the air! To begin swinging, shoot its grappling hook at a hard surface like a cliff, prop, or building. Each successive swing gets faster until the third swing and beyond, when you’ll be at max speed. 

If you miss a shot and land on the ground, you’ll have a brief window of time to shoot the grappling hook and come back swinging. You'll have an even longer window if you slide out of a swing, so don't be afraid to combo some slides into your swinging action! Take a video of yourself performing an original dance or original motion, then share your submission on TikTok or Instagram Reels using the hashtags #EmoteRoyale2022 and #contest.
