Featuring artists from around the world, the Soundwave Series now puts the spotlight on Brazilian rapper Emicida. Emicida’s show will air back-to-back for 72 hours starting Friday, April 29, 2022, at 6 PM ET!

Each show in the Soundwave Series takes place in its own interactive experience, including Emicida’s show. As announced previously, Japanese pop artist + music producer Gen Hoshino and record-breaking French-Malian singer Aya Nakamura will have their own shows to experience in Fortnite in the future. Enacting justice for those traveling at night, Moon Knight is available now in the Fortnite Item Shop! This fist of Khonshu is willing to enact justice whether day or night on the Island, but for those a little more suave, you can switch to the Mr. Knight Style in the Locker.



Moon Knight is seldom seen without his cape, so included with his Outfit is the Moon Knight’s Cloak Back Bling. And for your close-quarters combat, the Crescent Darts Pickaxe is in the Shop as well.

The Lantern Fest continues with the Lantern Trials. Share the light in-game with four Emoticons, one Back Bling, and one Wrap you can earn by participating in the Trials. 

The Lantern Trials begin on April 20 at 4 AM ET and will run until April 24, 2022, at 11:59 PM ET. Each day, you will be able to accomplish a new Daily Challenge to earn one of the four in-game Emoticons. On the last day, you’ll have the opportunity to earn any Emoticons you missed! But that’s not all: by accomplishing two of the stretch goals, you’ll also earn the Leadlight Wrap and Dream Lantern Back Bling.  Find out how to participate below.

The v20.20 Fortnite Creative update adds the new Video Player, Water, and VFX Devices! Along with new devices, we’ve also added some additional Prefabs and Galleries and a brand new island to create on, the Greasy Grove Battle Royale Point of Interest! 

Prop Mover

The v20.10 update had a bit of a surprise in it, the Prop Mover! This device was released earlier than planned and in its current state should be considered a Beta device that we’re releasing to everyone. If you’re using the Prop Mover, understand that you might be asked to remove it from your map. For example: you’re featured in the Hub but the Prop Mover is causing performance issues. Additionally, some features that the Prop Mover currently has may change over time. We'll be taking your feedback into account, so let us know what you think!
