Placing top 10 in squads, duos, or solo one more time should allow you to collect the Fortbytes. Please let me know if that's not the case!
We pushed a PC client patch to resolve hitching issues. We've seen a dramatic decrease in players experiencing hitches or freezing after the patch.
Please don't use them in your Block submissions!

I don't know. But it doesn't hurt to try! I'd mention it when submitting.
I believe we fixed this in 9.10.
