There is a hard limit on that. Matches that go over one hour have the XP and Gold capped. This is an old restriction that was meant to prevent farming gold in a cheesy way.
Edit: Turns out we recently changed that limiter to 3 hours.
Known issue that is already fixed and will be deployed in the "hotfix" patch. Hopefully should go live today or tomorrow if another major issue is managed in time.
I did and I even finished that exact map but where is the cross? I also saw a teammate have some weird stuff follow him around they were like magical red spikes. Also blunderbusses in the trailer. I can't find these special items :(.

Community servers can be named how the owner wishes. That does not make it official. Official servers have the Triternion logo in the server list.
"US Dirk - Berkhaus" is not an official server. Even the player count is 34 vs 34, which none of the official servers ever are. The server also does not exist at this moment, at least not under that name. Funny that, innit?
